Naseem Malik

I'm an expert in talent procurement and supply chain management. My long, varied career has spanned all aspects of strategic global sourcing, procurement strategy, cross-functional team leadership, and logistics.


I specialize in empowering leaders to improve themselves and keep pace in a progressively complicated professional landscape.

I am a managing partner at MRA Global Sourcing, the co-founder of Vitalize Talent, and an active member of the Institute for Supply Management (ISM). Previously, I headed global sourcing efforts for Terex Corporation and ACCO Brands, and I managed sourcing and procurement for several Fortune 500 companies.


My writing on talent and supply chain management has been featured in  Inside Supply Management magazine, Spend Matters, and Procurious. I've also been a guest of The Art of Procurement and The Sourcing Hero podcasts.

I have an MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago’s Liautaud Graduate School of Business and a BBA in marketing from the University of Central Punjab. I hold a Certified Professional Supply Management (CPSM) certification from ISM Chicago.
